Introduction to Polypropylene:

Polypropylene is a non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless milky white high crystalline polymer with a density of only 0 90-0.91g/cm, and is currently one of the lightest varieties of all plastics. It is particularly stable to water, with a water absorption rate of only 0 01%, with a molecular weight of approximately 80000 to 150000. Good formability, but due to the large shrinkage rate (ranging from 1% to 2.5%), thick-walled products are prone to dents, making it difficult to meet the requirements for some parts with high dimensional accuracy. The surface of the products has good luster and is easy to stain.
 

Conventional grade of PP polypropylene:

1, Homopolymer polypropylene, also known as PPH, is a polymer with a single propylene monomer. Polypropylene (PP), as a thermoplastic polymer, is the first of the ordered polymers. Its historical significance is even more evident in that it has always been the fastest-growing major thermoplastic, with a wide range of applications in the field of thermoplastic, especially in fibers and filaments, film extrusion, injection molding, and other fields.

2, PP copolymer, abbreviated as PPC, is a copolymer of propylene monomer and ethylene monomer; According to the distribution of ethylene monomers on the molecular chain, copolymerized PP can be divided into two types: random copolymer (PPR) and block copolymer (PPB). PPH has good rigidity, but poor impact resistance, especially low-temperature impact resistance, and poor creep resistance. PPB has good impact resistance, but its creep resistance is as poor as PPH. PPR has good impact resistance and creep resistance.

3, CPP film - Polypropylene CPP is the abbreviation of "Casting Polypropylene", which is a non-stretching, non-oriented flat extruded film produced through melt salivation and quenching. It does not undergo the longitudinal and transverse stretching processes in BOPP and is directly salivated into the product width.
