Technical characteristics and advantages of hollow floor square core mold
1.In terms of material:Square core die is made of modified high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material. The unique shape structure and integrated molding process make the fifth-generation product have better pressure resistance and bearing capacity, and the damage rate is almost "0". In the sample testing, the smoke toxicity meets the technical requirements of AQ1 level in "Material Smoke Toxicity Hazard Classification" GB/T20285-2006.
2.In terms of shape and structure: the side body of the square box is rounded and rectangular. Field tests show that the hollowness formed by the rounded rectangle is higher, which saves the consumption of concrete. On average, each concrete can save 1-2 dollars in concrete cost, and the structural mechanics are stronger.
3.In terms of weight: the self-weight is lighter. Taking four 500mm*500mm products in one square as an example, the self-weight of the floor slab can save about eight kilograms of self-weight. Assembly speed can be increased by 150%.
4.In terms of energy saving and emission reduction: the use of concrete is inseparable from construction, and sand and stone are the main aggregates. It is reported that the current global sand mining speed has exceeded its natural recovery speed. Most of the angular sand suitable for industrial use comes from rivers, and this part of the resource is less than 1% of the world's area. Due to global warming, rapid population increase, increased water consumption, environmental pollution and other reasons, rivers have been cut off or even disappeared, and river sand resources are decreasing day by day. In order to protect renewable resources and promote the construction of green cities, the state has issued the "14th Five-Year Plan": building energy efficiency and green buildings. Taking our newly developed prefabricated hollow floor as an example, when the filling rate of C30 concrete is 33%, 155.76kg of concrete can be saved per square meter, 19.47kg of carbon emissions can be saved, and 41.58kg of yellow sand can be saved.
