| Main Applications: MXD6 can be compounded with glass fiber, carbon fiber, minerals and/or advanced fillers, and has extraordinary strength and stiffness. Even when filled with high glass fiber content, its smooth, resin-rich surface can still form a high-gloss surface without glass fiber, which is very suitable for painting, metal coating or generating natural reflective shells. In automotive accessories, many occasions require material products with high mechanical strength and good oil resistance, and can be used for a long time in the range of 120~160ºC. The heat-resistant temperature of glass fiber reinforced MXD6 can reach 225ºC, and the strength retention rate at high temperature is high. It can be used for the cylinder block, cylinder head, live and synchronous gears of automobile engines. It has the properties of high temperature resistance, high strength, oil resistance, wear resistance and good dimensional stability. It can be used for vertical outer panels, front and rear fenders, wheel covers and curved parts that can hardly be stamped with steel plates and automobile chassis. |
